How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders are generally processed in 1-3 business days. Please allow 5 - 9 business days to receive your order. International shipping generally takes 14 business days for delivery but if caught it customs can take up to 30 days. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping in the USA is free over $50.00. All other shipping can be calculated in the cart before you checkout.

International shipping starts at $16.95 for small packages and goes up from there. You can calculate shipping in the cart before you checkout.

What type of shipping service do you offer?

We offer USPS, UPS ground and UPS 2nd day. Most orders that receive free shipping will ship by USPS.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please feel free to email us with any questions before or after your purchase. We will gladly exchange any damaged merchandise w/in 14 days. Please save your receipt and packaging. We can not accept returns on merchandise due to color variances from computer monitors to real life. We do our very best to photograph our items. We are unable to accept returns on brushes and cosmetics. All sales final.
