2.) Do you ship to countries outside of the USA?

3.) Do you accept money orders? 

Yes, add all your items to the shopping cart, then print out 2 copies of the cart, (save one for yourself) add $6.95 for shipping unless your order is $50 or over (USA only) then send us a copy along with your money order and shipping information. See the contact page for our address. click here

4.) Do you have an ingredients list for your cosmetics?

5.) Do makeup artists receive discounts? 

Yes, we offer many kits on our makeup artist page. click here

6.) I review makeup on (website, youtube, myspace, blog, etc.) internet, can you send me free samples? 

Currently we are seeking reviews, videos, tutorials and editorials, but at this time we can not offer free samples.

7.) Where can I buy your makeup besides online? 

We sell our makeup in a wide variety of boutiques and salons. click here

8.) Do you offer free samples? 

In order to keep our prices low, we do not offer free samples or sample sizes.

9.) Where is Medusa's Make-Up made? 

It is made in the USA!

10.) Do you sell wholesale?

11.) Can I exchange the colors I purchased? 

In order to keep our prices low  we do not offer exchanges on our products.

13.) How long before I receive my order? 

All orders are generally processed in 1-3 business days. Free shipping on orders over $50 in the contiguous 48 states. For more details, click here

14.) Is Medusa's Make-Up green? 

Medusa's Make-Up Currently recycles all paper, plastic, bottles and cans at our facility. We also reuse all the packaging materials that come to us from raw materials. Our web orders are processed with either recyclable padded envelopes or boxes. We are trying to get things going on a green foot!
